Refund Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
When you can get your money back for an InboxRampUp subscription, and how to ask for it. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. 14-day refunds
If InboxRampUp isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund of any subscription payment within 14 days of the date it was charged. That covers your first payment for a plan, a renewal, and the charge for an upgrade. You don't need to give a reason.
2. How to ask for a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so refunds are paid by Paddle, back to the payment method you used.
- Ask Paddle directly at paddle.net: look up your order with the email address you paid with and request a refund there. Or
- email support@inboxrampup.com from the address on your account, saying which workspace the payment was for. We'll pass the request to Paddle.
- Your bank usually shows the refund within 5 to 10 business days of Paddle processing it.
paddle.net also lets you find your receipts and update your payment details.
3. What happens after a refund
We cancel the subscription the refunded payment was for. The workspace moves to the free tier, and mailboxes above its limit stop warming. Nothing is deleted: your mailboxes, settings and history stay in place, and choosing a plan again picks up where you left off.
4. After 14 days
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments older than 14 days aren't refunded, in full or in part, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong on our side, write to us anyway: we look at every case.
5. Free trial
Your first workspace starts with a 14-day free trial, with no card required. Nothing is charged during the trial, so there is nothing to refund if you decide not to subscribe.
6. Domain marketplace
Domain bundles from the marketplace are invoiced by us directly, not sold through Paddle, so this policy doesn't cover them. The Terms of Service explain what applies. If there's a problem with a bundle, contact us.
7. Your legal rights
This policy adds to your rights as a consumer; it doesn't take any away. If the law where you live gives you a longer or broader right to cancel or get your money back, that right applies.
