Terms of Service
Last updated: October 4, 2026
Please read these Terms carefully. They set out the rules for using InboxRampUp, including your responsibilities for the mailboxes you connect, how billing works, and the limits of our liability.
1. The agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and AI Ekip Inc. ("AI Ekip", "we", "us"), the operator of InboxRampUp (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you use the Service for a company or other organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organization.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these Terms.
2. The Service
InboxRampUp builds the sender reputation of the mailboxes you connect by exchanging warmup messages with other mailboxes in our warmup network and engaging with those messages. It also provides reputation scoring, deliverability testing, domain health monitoring, team features, an API, and a marketplace of pre-warmed domains. We may change, add or remove features over time; if a change materially reduces a paid feature you rely on, we will give you reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information when you sign up.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys secure, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at the address below if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Workspace owners and admins control who has access to their workspace and are responsible for the actions of the members they invite.
4. Your mailboxes
When you connect a mailbox, you confirm that:
- you own the mailbox or are authorized by its owner to connect it to the Service;
- you authorize us to send warmup messages from it, to detect warmup messages it receives, and to engage with them (open, mark read, move from spam to the inbox, mark important, star, archive and reply), as described in the Privacy Policy; and
- your use of the mailbox through the Service complies with your email provider's terms, such as Google's or Microsoft's.
Your mailbox's address is visible to other mailboxes in the warmup network, including other customers' mailboxes, when they receive your warmup messages. You can disconnect a mailbox at any time.
5. Acceptable use
InboxRampUp exists to help legitimate senders reach the inbox. Warming up a mailbox does not make it acceptable to send email that recipients did not ask for. You agree not to:
- use the Service, or mailboxes warmed with it, to send spam, phishing, malware, or email that breaks anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, the GDPR or ePrivacy rules;
- connect mailboxes you are not authorized to use, or use the Service to impersonate anyone;
- use the Service to evade blocklists, spam filters or provider enforcement after a mailbox or domain has been flagged for abuse;
- interfere with the warmup network, for example by tampering with warmup messages or trying to identify, contact or misuse other participants' mailboxes;
- probe, scan or disrupt the Service, exceed published API rate limits, or access it by means other than our interfaces and API; or
- resell or provide the Service to third parties except as part of your own services to your own clients, for whom you remain responsible.
We may suspend a mailbox, a workspace or an account that breaks these rules or that puts the warmup network or other customers at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
6. Plans, trials and billing
- Your first workspace starts with a 14-day free trial, with no credit card required. Each person gets one trial; later workspaces start on the free tier. When a trial ends without a paid plan, warmup pauses.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the prices shown on our pricing page when you subscribe. Each plan includes a set number of mailboxes. If you downgrade or your plan lapses, mailboxes above the new limit are paused.
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our merchant of record. It charges your payment method, calculates and collects applicable taxes, and issues your invoices. Its terms also apply to your purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial periods, except where the law requires otherwise or we decide to make an exception.
- We may change our prices. Price changes apply from your next renewal, and we will notify you in advance.
7. Domain marketplace
The marketplace sells pre-warmed sending domains as bundles: the domain together with the mailboxes set up on it. Each listing describes what is included and its price. When your payment is confirmed, the bundle's mailboxes move into your workspace and you can reveal their login credentials.
- Marketplace purchases are one-time payments processed by Lemon Squeezy and, once the bundle has been delivered to your workspace, are final.
- A domain's warmup history and reputation at the time of sale do not guarantee its future deliverability, which depends on how you use it.
- After delivery you are responsible for the domain and its mailboxes, including renewals with their registrar or email provider where the listing says so, and for using them in line with these Terms.
8. API
Plans that include API access may use it under these Terms and our API documentation, including its rate limits. API keys belong to a workspace; keep them secret and revoke any that may have been exposed. We may change the API, and will give reasonable notice before breaking changes to a published version.
9. Your data
You keep all rights to the data you put into the Service. You grant us the limited right to host, process and transmit it only as needed to provide and secure the Service and as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data or delete your account at any time from your settings.
10. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, warmup message content and the InboxRampUp name and logo, belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms give you the right to use the Service while your account is active; they do not transfer any ownership. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
11. Third-party services
The Service works with services we do not control, such as Google, Microsoft, your mail servers and SMTP relays, and Lemon Squeezy. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make that affect the Service.
12. No deliverability guarantee
Inbox placement is decided by mailbox providers using many signals we do not control, including your sending practices, your content and your domain's history. We work to improve your sender reputation, but we do not guarantee any particular inbox placement rate, reputation score or result.
13. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from these Terms or the Service.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
15. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims, and the resulting losses and costs, arising from your breach of these Terms, from mailboxes you connect without authorization, or from email you send using mailboxes or domains warmed or bought through the Service.
16. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if you fail to pay, or if the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first.
When your account ends, your right to use the Service ends, and we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law, continue to apply.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you can cancel before they take effect.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be decided by the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer protection law where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
19. General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the Service. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
